We liked absolutely superb breakfasts!

queen room with terrace, had essentials required. this hotel was set in a central area not far from the center of the town as well as the duomo. tried some takeout specials at osteria da trombicche, luckily it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Excellent modern place, we did not want to leave.

It was fairly clean inside. The personal was amicable. The location was good, for example, a historic palace was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. We were there for 1 night and felt would definitely book here again.

Clean great budget hotel with amicable staff. Reasonably large and budget rooms with fantastic views over a garden. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

Clean place, staff was lovely friendly and efficient. It was in the central location near the bus stand. Moreover, it's adjacent to bus station and Piazza del Campo and the Siena old town and the restaurant.

I really enjoyed the stay here and would love to come back. The rooms were newly decorated and spotless, with view on the roofs. The location was absolutely perfect and nice for traveling around Siena, just off the City Center, near Parking Area, Siena and the bus terminal. A few times I ate at L'ozio Dei Frati, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The hotel was nice, I greatly enjoyed it, especially garden view. The room was very large, extremely comfy bed. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a huge plus. The venue was set in the central position not far from the bus stop and supermarket, shops, cafes and sights and all the main attractions. Everything met expectations, I will certainly stay here again.

Very enjoyable short experience there. The hotel is comfortable modern and in a magnificent location close to the bus station so convenient for day trips. Comfy beds and climate control, soundproof windows and it's own balcony. Fantastic view of city from the window.

Booked a room with terrace. Its location was wonderful, close to centre, Il Campo, and all the main attractions.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main plaza and historical attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the city and then come back to a quiet and picturesque courtyard to relax. The room was spacious and had great amenities such as air conditioning and a small fridge. The staff, particularly Antonio, were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The excessive taxi fares to and from the train station. It would be helpful if the hotel could negotiate a reasonable rate with a preferred taxi company.

I recently stayed at B&B I Tetti Di for a few nights during my trip around Tuscany and Umbria. The location was perfect, with the main shopping street just a stone's throw away and the Campo only a short 5-minute walk. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, recommending nearby restaurants with fantastic views of the Duomo. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was excellent. Additionally, the staff happily stored our luggage after check-out. this was my favorite stay during my trip.
